Thankfully, most divorce and paternity cases are resolved by a settlement between the parties. However, in those rare circumstances that trial becomes necessary, you also need an attorney, who has extensive trial experience. But trial judges make mistakes. And they make bad rulings. When that occurs, you need to have an experienced attorney who can review and analyze a trial court ruling to determine if an appeal is warranted.
